Dead Calm at Golden Hour
You sit in a canvas folding chair in the absolute middle of the Mojave Desert salt flats. The heat radiating off the ground is suffocating, but you do not blink. Ahead of you, the roar of a 702-horsepower supercharged engine tears through the silence, kicking up a towering wall of orange dust that glows in the low, golden sun. This is no movie set, and there are no safety nets. A ruthless syndicate has taken everything you built, leaving you with only one way to buy back your crew's freedom: survive their brutal gauntlet of high-speed stunts. You must remain perfectly, terrifyingly still while massive steel behemoths launch over your head and slide inches from your face. To survive, you will need more than just ice in your veins. You must read the dust, anticipate the physics of heavy metal flying through the air, and out-negotiate the desperate drivers behind the wheel. Hold your breath, keep your hands steady, and pray the suspension holds.
